I stopped by this location to obtain info regarding pricing and the purchase process. Michael Williams was the gentleman who helped me. I was WOWED! Mr. Williams was honest and actually listened… two rare finds in a sales man! He has a one of a kind spreadsheet, which I loved! He asked me some simple questions, from his form, about our preferences and by the time we finished, he was able to give me a very close idea of the costs of building our dream home. Not just their model fees but everything from land to the finishing touches. No hidden fees and a QUALITY build (unlike OTHER PLACES, who down grade their framing & structural products to push products on unsuspecting customers at low cost but dangerous living situations… buyers beware!)! Everyone was kind and professional! I loved my experience and I highly recommend you check out this location!

This past August our family unexpectedly was forced to do a complete demolition of our current property and rebuild. After weeks of “house shopping” at numerous HUD dealers, Cody at Factory Expo won us over almost instantaneously. From the very beginning Cody was 100% team Scholl and went above and beyond our expectations to get our project completed for us.Throughout this process we unfortunately ran into numerous obstacles, all of which Cody took time out to help us solve and work through all these challenges and never gave up on us. Although his job “ended” the day we purchased our home, he never stopped fighting for our family.Even though we were dealt an unfortunate card with our contractor, Factory Expo made everything right. Our home is now finally complete, and beautifully restored. Thank you Cody for everything you’ve done for our family over the last several months. I had an amazing experience with Fairmont Factory Expo! Their manufactured homes and mobile homes are excellent & the customer service is top-notch. The manager, Michael's knowledge of the product, the industry, and the overall process exceeded my expectations.👍 He was also fun to talk to. Michael is a jokster, you won't regret visiting / picking his brain about your dream house.😊 The housing market predictions promise lots of surprises, so I think getting a mobile home / manufactured home is a smart move. By far the best major purchase experience we’ve had!!! Our salesman Cody was so easy and fun to work with. We felt he really went out of his way being patient as we tried picking our floor plan while dodging heavy rain storms. Bringing us back to one we’ve been in twice and then over to another just to chow us what something we had in mind would look like. Luckily for us Cody was dialed in as we were a little overwhelmed with the amount of configurations we were able to do. I also had a question that the sales manager needed to get involved with and Randy immediately sent out the pdfs I needed like while I was on the phone with her!! Also the factory tour of how our new park model is made is definitely something to see. From top to bottom we can’t find one thing to say negative about our experience except for the rains storms lol

We just finished the first phase of ordering our new park model. All is now set for it to be built. We went to the factory in Nappanee, Indiana to see how the Fairmont/Cavco park models were built. Megan Miller met us at the door and gave us a tour of the factory and then helped us work through all the options for our park model. What a help Megan has been as she as walked us step by step through the whole process. We are so thankful for Megan and all her help and would highly recommend Megan and the Factory Expo Home Centers. Her boss, Michael, was so willing to help in any way that he could. We give this company, Megan and Michael 5 stars and are very very pleased. We will keep you posted as we get our park model and are confident we will love the finished product.

It was great time seeing all the different model's they had outside to see you can even get a factory tour. Michael the manager was a big help in taking us through the process of getting a new park model and showing us around. Office ladies were very friendly and helpful also. I am in search of a mobile home for a retirement community. After filling out a request on the website on a Sunday, I was promptly contacted by Terry Cochran the next day. I live a few hours away. I have a very tight schedule and Terry was very accommodating to my needs. I was very anxious and Terry quickly put me at ease. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He had or found out answers to my questions and concerns. Terry did not pressure me as most salesmen I have encountered in my search. Hats off to Terry! The manager Eric Powers also was fantastic in finding out answers that Terry did not know. I threw them some curve balls. We were seriously considering a park model. I had a lot of questions which were promptly & effectively answered by Jen through emails and phone calls. After corresponding with Jen, I made an appointment to visit their site in Nappanee, IN. I had the pleasure of getting a wonderful tour from Eric. I loved the models! I even liked some of them that I wasn't sure I would like just by looking at the floor plans or pictures. We went in here looking for a park model. We were greeted by Armando. Let me tell you the knowledge he has and superb service he gave my wife and i was the best ever. Took us through a factory tour and explained detail after detail and was so informative we just couldnt walk away.
